VDS Workshop: Design Challenges for Future Mobile Learning Environments
Dear Kaleidoscope PhD candidates,
You're cordially invited to participate in the Kaleidoscope Virtual Doctoral School (VDS)
Workshop "Design Challenges for Future Mobile Learning Environments" that will take
place November, 1-2, 2007, in Växjö, Sweden. The workshop is a joint effort of the VDS
and the Kaleidoscope Mobile Learning SIG.

Those PhD students interested in taking
part of this workshop should send one page summary describing his/her own area of research.
The application should be submitted as a PDF or Word document to marcelo.milrad@msi.vxu.se
no later than October 12th 2007.
Notification to participants will be given by October 16th 2007.
The VDS is supporting the workshop with grants for each PhD student that will cover hotel
accommodation and daily meals for this event. Travel fares should be covered by the students´
home university and it may be possible to claim a reimbursement from their own Kaleidoscope
budget.
